Refunds
Where applicable, Job Bullet will undertake its best efforts to resolve any matter to your satisfaction. If you still remain dissatisfied after our attempts, the following terms and conditions apply. All refund requests must be made within three (3) days of issuance of Services. Job Bullet cannot issue refunds if such request is made over three (3) days following the dispatch of the Services by Job Bullet.
Right of Refusal
Job Bullet, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse to provide Services to you. You agree that Job Bullet shall not be liable to you for loss or damages that may result from our refusal to provide Services.
Privacy Policy

Job Bullet reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Terms of Use and to take any action we deem appropriate including, but not limited to, reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.
Remedies for Violations
Job Bullet reserves the right to seek all remedies at law and in equity for violations of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular Internet address to Job Bullet's Website and its features.
Severability of Provisions
These Terms of Use incorporate by reference any notices contained on the Website. The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement with respect to access to and use of the Website. If any provision of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
Force Majeure

Injunctive Relief
If you violate or exceed the scope of this Agreement or infringe our proprietary rights, you agree we would be irreparably harmed and may (in addition to other relief and without having to post bond) obtain a court order enjoining you from further mischief.
Right to Rely on Instructions
Job Bullet may act in reliance upon any instruction, information, document, filing, name, email address or user password that meets the Website's automated criteria or which is believed by Job Bullet's personnel to be genuine. For any password protected areas, Job Bullet may assume a person entering a user name address and associated password is, in fact, that user or is authorized by that user to act on its behalf. Job Bullet may assume the latest email addresses and registration information on file with Job Bullet are accurate and current. When programmed to do so, Job Bullet may take prescribed actions in the absence of receiving proper and complete contrary instructions.
Waiver
No term or provisions hereof shall be deemed waived and no breach excused, unless such waiver or consent shall be in writing and signed by the party claimed to have waived or consented. Monthly memberships are subject to a one year commitment. All other packages are billed up front. Cancellation fee of $39 applies to all packages if cancelled after 3 days.
